Alchemy is the art of transformation.
It is both a philosophy and a practice with the aim of achieving ultimate wisdom as well as immortality.

In the 4-disc live workshop Fundamentals of Spiritual Alchemy, Caroline Myss describes the energetic pattern of the mystical journey known as spiritual alchemy.
