Despite this, Guro Sulite manages to demonstrate many techniques that will provide hours and hours of practice material. Some of the techniques, such as using merging blocks from a thrusting motion, seem incredibly difficult for even advanced practitioners to utilize in real time, but demonstrate possibilities and furthers understanding of weapon manipulation. A more dynamic opponent also utilizing double sticks or their off hand would have been interesting, but the video remains relevant demonstrating techniques appropriate for both beginners and experienced stick players alike.
